Hi everyone!! How are you doing??
The topic today is Khan Academy.
And obviously firstly you want to know what it is, right?
Khan Academy is website that our teacher showed to us last week and it consists on learning how to draw some things with codes! It was a very funny way to learn how to code something, because it was new.
"The hour of code" was the exercice that we had to do the whole week. It includes some challenges and projects to make.
Something positive that I can say is that this page is very organazied so I didn't have problems to understand it and to do the excerices, because they were well explained.
So now I think that you want to see the challenges and projects of the exercise.
This is like a introduction video for the whole exercise.
One of the challenges that we had to do was a "simple" snowman. This was one of the first challenges that we had to do last week.
I didn't have so much problems because first I saw some videos that explain how to make a "snowman" at "coding".
For this challenge we used just 14 codes. But then you will see how many codes we use to do something that includes more things and something that is more complet.

Here is one of the videos that we saw to understand how to do the challenges.
And here is one of the three projects that we did! Those were a little bit difficult to make than the challenges. But actully we finished those with out problems.
For this project, here you can see that we used more codes than in the challenges. So they were more complex!
All the information that we saw at the beginning at the videos helps us to finish well the prejects.
This is the Wild animal project.
This is an example with a giraffe. Our classmates Micaela Stieglitz and paula Forster created this image and they let us use it for our post.
Something that we liked about this page is that it is like a game because you can get earn badges and energy points.
You can see those things in your profile.
This is how our profile looks like.
And here, in the showcase, where you can find your energy points earned
Those are our badges counts
We hope you liked our publication and that you understood how the program works!
See you next week!Stay tunned!
