Personal reflection on C&D thinking and Mind Mapping

Hi everyone! Last week in the class we had to answer a very complex question: What is a computer? It looks very easy or? If you search this question on google you will find only basic information or maybe you can answer what you know.”A computer is something technologic with a screen, that you can use it for to work, or to search information”.But is it this a complete answer?
I think that if we want to have a complete answer we have to think more in a divergently way.
Divergent questions are kind of questions that explore more answers and consider all the possibilities. But they have also another level of thinking so you have to think harder to answer those questions.
Convergent are another kind of questions like: Who?, Where?, What? or When?. We use those kinds of questions to have a very basic understanding of the topic.
I prefer to use always divergent questions because they give me more possibilities for discussions, opportunities for to learn and for me is important in a research to have strong questions.
To understand the different between divergent and convergent questions I saw this video:
If you want to know more about this type of questions take a look at the video.

Here you can see some notes that I take when I saw the video

After seeing that we have to put all the information that we found about "What is a computer?" on a Mind Map! I do the Mind Map on Mindomo and it was very easy to use it.You can do a Mind Map with different formats, structures, colors and there you can also put links.
I think that mind maps a perfect to do reviews.
If you want to know more about how to do a Mind Map or how to use Mindomo, here you have a link that will helps you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=2&v=WvKe-KMoCDA

Here I am doing my Mind Map
I hope all the information that I give you in this post helps you!
